30-business-day return window

You may request a return within 30 business days after delivery. Business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding United States public holidays. We accept returns for a change of mind as well as damaged, defective or incorrect products. For change-of-mind returns, items should be unused, complete and in their original condition with packaging where available.

How to return an order

Email us with your order number, items you wish to return and the reason. For damage or an incorrect item, photographs help us resolve the issue. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please contact us before posting a parcel; the business address is not automatically the return destination. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking details.

Return postage and fees

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the direct return shipping cost. We cover reasonable return shipping for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied items and will provide instructions. No restocking fee applies. Original standard outbound shipping is free.

Refund timing

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you of the result and process an approved refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit. Refunds cover the returned item price and applicable tax. Contact us if an approved refund has not appeared after the processing period.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us promptly to request cancellation before dispatch. Once shipped, use the return process. For an exchange, contact us first; availability determines whether a replacement can be provided. This policy does not limit rights that apply under law.
